Job Purpose:
Manage and organize surgical schedule for a hair transplant clinic in a rapidly growing practice across the United States.
Duties:
  • Coordinate staffing of New York City clinic and staffing of future clinic.
  • Organize and maintain a surgical technician calendar.
  • Assist surgeon(s) during patient procedures.
  • Will travel between East Coast clinic locations as needed.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Medical Office Experience, Organization, Time Management, Customer Service, Verbal Communication, Work Independently, Prioritizing tasks
  • Computer Skills- Electronic Health Records Systems, Microsoft office, ability to learn new software as needed
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
  • 2-3 years’ work-related experience in hair restoration surgery
  • Knowledge of FUE/FUT procedures
  • Expertise in placing, cutting, and extracting grafts

Job Purpose:
Assist the physician during hair restoration procedure in the operating room and assist the patient before, during, and after the procedure is complete with any questions they may have.
Duties:
  • Prepare the room and the patient for procedure
  • Assist the surgeon during the procedure
  • Work under a microscope to dissect tissue
  • Provide the patient with post-operative instructions
  • Answer questions from the patient.
  • Travel between New York City office and other East Coast office to assist with surgeons.
