In this second FUE session, Dr. Kinler transplanted 3,265 grafts, not only to reinforce the scalp but also to refine key facial framing areas. This included restoring the temporal peaks, enhancing the eyebrows, and blending the sideburns for a harmonious, well-proportioned look.
“If we have available donor hair in the back, we want to be able to fix that, and that’s precisely what we did in your second surgery,” Dr. Kinler explained. “Plus, we did your eyebrows, added a little bit more in the temporal area to reframe the face, a little in the sideburns… It just tied the entire package together.”
