” I come from a long line of men that have great hair….unfortunately, I did not inherit the great hair gene!!…;-) After hitting my mid-40s, i decided to do something about it!! I spent a lot of time researching different clinics around So Cal because – if I was going to do it – I wanted to be seen by the very best!!! I kept hearing great things about Dr. Ziering and was thinking about reaching out to his office. I spent months thinking about it but I kept putting it off. I finally worked up the courage to make the call and I am so happy that I did…:-)
I live in Orange County so I went to their Newport Beach office. I was first met by Chelsea (who is a senior patient consultant) and she listened to my concerns and explained the different surgical options, etc. She was so great and took time to answer all of my questions (and gave me her cell number to text her any further questions). I then met with Dr. Calder (who runs the Newport Beach office); he too is regarded as one of the best in the business!!!
I decided to go with an FUT procedure out of their LA office. It was a LOOOONG day but Dr. Ziering and his entire staff made it so comfortable it actually ended up being quite relaxing. I felt good the next day…minimal pain just a bit sensitive in the donor area….and was back at work 3 days later.

“As a celebrity custom clothier, I am always being interviewed, walking the Red Carpet or just doing business with some of the most prominent business people in California. And, i need to look my best from my custom suits to my shoes to my HAIR. I started looking for the perfect match for my needs… I am a 50 year old male and started to recede a bit a my temples & wanted more volume at my front hairline. After about a year of research Dr Ziering’s name kept coming up in my circle of clients which most likely you’ve seen walking the Red Carpet. So, about 3 months ago I went in for a consultation and I was very impress from the moment I walked into Dr Ziering’s medical office. I asked them to please follow up in a couple of month due to my travels, they did. We schedule the procedure on February 8, 2018 and today i went in to get my stitches out. I follow their instructions precisely and the healing was great. I can already see more fullness in front and every day my hair keeps looking better. The Ziering team was outstanding. I was very impressed how they all worked together as a team including 5 nurses using a microscope to cut my 2170 hairs into single grafts.
